Guest Speaker: Lisa Catena
For the past three years, Lisa has been supporting organisations in their AI transformation and is a lecturer in generative AI at the CEPS at the University of Basel and at the Bern University of the Arts. Having already delivered numerous workshops on AI at Sonart, it is high time for her, being a satirist and musician herself, to bring some clarity to the subject at Helvetiarockt as well.

The topic of artificial intelligence is as omnipresent as it is diffuse. Whilst AI is on everyone’s lips, many people working in music and arts find it difficult to grasp. Some use it in a targeted way – others, sceptical, don’t use it at all. For quite a few, AI is a black box; they cannot see how they might incorporate AI tools to their advantage, or they are trapped by major ethical questions. The following online session aims to establish a common foundation, help build skills in understanding and working with artificial intelligence, and provide a space for discussion.
