Take your band to the next level

You already have a band and want to take the next steps? Then the Helvetiarockt Bandcoaching is exactly what you need.

Over several months, one or more experienced coaches will support you. Together, you’ll define your goals and work on everything that will help your band grow: music, sound, collaboration, live shows, releases, and navigating the music industry.

Who is this program for?

For active FINTA bands ready to take the next step. Whether you’re looking for support with booking, releasing your first track, finding your way in the music industry, or growing your network, we’re here to help you move forward as a band.

Conditions:

At least 75% of the band consists of girls, women, intersex, non-binary, trans, or agender people. The average age of the band members must be 25 or younger. The Bandcoaching includes up to 25 hours between March and November. You are free to choose and organise a rehearsal space that suits your needs, with support from the coaches if needed.

What will you learn?

The content is tailored individually to each band. Possible topics include:

Music & Sound: Group songwriting, developing a set, rehearsal structure, musical development
Performance & Technical Skills: Stage presence, on-stage tools & equipment, communication with sound/tech crews
Studio & Releases: Preparing for recordings, planning a release, scheduling, responsibilities, production, promotion
Band Dynamics: Roles within the band, conflict resolution, decision-making, workflows
Music Business & Networking: Booking shows, project work & fundraising, connecting with different scenes, general orientation in the music industry

How can you apply?

One band member can submit an application for the entire band using the form below. Once we have reviewed your application and collected any additional information, we will inform you whether your band has been selected for the next coaching cycle.
