You already have a band and want to take the next steps after forming? Then the Helvetiarockt Band Coaching is exactly what you need.

Over several months, one or more experienced coaches will support you. Together, you’ll define your goals and work on everything that will help your band grow: music, sound, collaboration, live shows, releases, and navigating the music industry.

The Band Coaching includes up to 25 hours between March and November.

Who is this programme for?

Target Group 1: Band Workshop Advanced
Graduates of the Band Workshops who want to continue working as a band and need support—whether for booking, releasing their first song, finding their way in the music scene, or building their network.

Target Group 2:
Active FINTA bands that are part of the Helvetiarockt community. At least 75% of the band members identify as girls, women, intersex, non-binary, trans or agender. The average age of the band members does not exceed 25.

What will you learn?

The content is tailored individually to each band. Possible topics include:

• Music & Sound: Group songwriting, developing a set, rehearsal structure, musical development
• Performance & Technical Skills: Stage presence, on-stage tools & equipment, communication with sound/tech crews
• Studio & Releases: Preparing for recordings, planning a release, scheduling, responsibilities, production, promotion
• Band Dynamics: Roles within the band, conflict resolution, decision-making, workflows
• Music Business & Networking: Booking shows, project work & fundraising, connecting with different scenes, general orientation in the music industry
